Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently only ship within the United States.
Where is my package?
Don’t worry, it’s probably not lost in the Shadow Realm. Since we're a small team and often on the road for conventions, order processing may take a little longer than usual. We try our best to process all orders between Monday and Wednesday each week (depending on our travel schedule). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, or if something’s not right, just shoot us an email at tachikocollectibles@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Can you help me find a certain anime figure or item?
Possibly! Shoot us an email at tachikocollectibles@gmail.com with what you're looking for, and we’ll see what we can do. Also if it shows we're out of stock of an item you're looking for shoot as an email as it's possible we might have it in convention stock. No promises, but we’ll try our best!
Do you sell at conventions?
We sure do! One of the best parts of running Tachiko is getting to meet fellow fans face-to-face at anime conventions. We’re currently only on Instagram, so follow us @tachiko.collectibles to see where we’re headed next. We hope to see you there!
Ugh! Why are items more expensive at conventions than on the website?
Great question! Prices at conventions are slightly marked up to help cover travel-related expenses like booth fees, gas, and hotels. But when you buy at a con, you're also skipping shipping costs, so it kind of balances out. We always try to keep our pricing fair and competitive with other vendors.
Do you accept payment in berries, pokéyen, or zeni?
We’d love to, but Shopify hasn’t enabled support for those currencies yet. Until then, it’s USD only.
Shipping Information
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed between Monday and Wednesday each week. If we’re out at a convention, it may take a bit longer, but we’ll always get your order out as soon as we’re back. Thanks for your patience! We’re just humans (we think) doing our best.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We do our best to keep rates reasonable and transparent.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey straight to your door. Still can't find it? Reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
Delivery Time Estimates
Domestic (U.S. only): 3–7 business days after your order ships
Convention Delay Notice
If you place an order while we’re at a convention, shipping may be delayed by a few extra days. Thanks for understanding!
Fraud Protection
To protect our customers and ourselves, we may cancel and refund orders that are flagged for potential fraud. In some cases, we may reach out via email to confirm order details before processing. Thanks for being cool about it — safety first!
